Job Title: Regional Fundraiser Job Type: Permanent Hours: 37.5 Hours/Week Pay: 23,000 - 29,000 Benefits: Competitive benefits package This is an exciting opportunity to join an award winning fundraising team based in Birmingham City Centre as a Regional Fundraiser. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, who thrives on a challenge and has a proactive approach to their work. It is an exciting time to join the growing regional team. The role will involve: * Proactively recruiting high calibre supporters and maximise income through excellent supporter stewardship * Organising and co-ordinating involvement in local fundraising activities through partnerships with companies, groups and associations. * Administrate and organising own work to ensure that it is accurate, reasonable deadlines and reporting requirements * Support, motivate and develop local fundraising volunteers * Ensuring all fundraising activity is carried out in line with relevant legislation and local licensing requirements. * The Regional Fundraiser is expected to work within their region at least 50% of the working week, the ability to pre-plan, work and develop products alongside other departments to ensure that stewardship of donors is consistently maximized is imperative The ideal candidate will have: * proven experience of exceeding fundraising targets * strong networking skills and the ability to quickly build long term relationships * the ability to influence and motivate people to support us * passion and commitment to make a difference If you feel that you have what we are looking for please get in touch or click apply.
