Dawsongroup bus and coach ltd Regional Sales Assistant Dawsongroup bus and coach ltd is part of Dawsongroup plc , a national provider of commercial vehicle rental and contract hire solutions, operating from a network of strategically positioned locations across the UK. Due to our continued success we are looking for a Regional Sales Assistant to join our business based in Birmingham. The job holder's primary responsibility is to identify and secure both long and short term rental business of the Company's Bus and Coach fleet as well as other linked products and services. The main duties of this role are to: * Promote and provide a high quality vehicle rental service to new and existing customers * Be constantly aware of opportunities to sell second hand equipment and negotiate prices accordingly * Secure long term orders for the Company's Bus and Coach products * Inform customers of any changes and developments in the Company's products and services * Make appointments for the Regional Sales Manager to visit key potential renters Key skills and attributes required include: * Basic knowledge of the vehicle and transport industry * Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner * Being results oriented * Computer literate * Hold a full, valid driving licence Dawsongroup plc is an equal opportunities employer, and is committed to the continuous improvement and satisfaction of our employees, and as such, training and ongoing development are readily available, as well as a competitive wage and an excellent benefits package .
