The team deal with a broad range of corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions, takeovers, restructuring, corporate finance, joint ventures and IPOs. They also have a strong presence within Intellectual Property, Private Wealth and Employment, valuable for growing clientele within the SME space, tech and e-commerce. You will be working within a strong Partnership, becoming an integral part of the team from day one. You will enjoy a lot of direct client contact with key clients of the firm as well as contribute to building the department further by getting actively involved in business development.
