The Role You will be at the core of this growing Property Litigation department, working on a caseload of high-value matters. In particular, you will handle a range of Contentious Residential matters such as Landlord and Tenant Disputes, Disrepair, Nuisance, Party Wall and Rent Arrears - to name a few. Requirements: You will be a Paralegal or Legal Executive with at least 1 year of case-working experience A meticulous eye for detail is essential You will enjoy working in a team Salary & Benefits: Salary is very competitive and dependent on your level of experience Excellent bonus structure Good benefits such as work/life balance, annual leave, flexible working and private health care.
