Overview
Mortgage Completions Officer / Case Manager - City, London An excellent opportunity is available to work for a rapidly growing mortgage / bridging finance lender. Continued growth / expansion has led to an opening for an Completion Officer / Post Offer Case Manager to support the mortgage underwriting team. The ideal candidate would be a quick learner with good numeracy skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate must have recent experience in a post offer case management position taking deals from offer to completion and dealing with solicitors. Responsibilities: Preparing documents, updating spreadsheets in respect of drawdown of funds and completed cases Handling communications with Finance and Solicitors Scanning and uploading documentation, filing legal documents Daily data checking and uploading information Taking fees Performing credit searches Experience required: Mortgage completions experience. Excellent communication skills - written and oral. Team player Experience of liaising with third parties (solicitors etc) Ideally with experience of specialist mortgage lending. Salary up to £35k basic (Dependent on experience) Bonus Benefits
