The Head Chef is looking for a Junior Sous Chef, with previous experience of cooking to Rosette standards. He would happily consider a strong Chef de Partie that is looking to step up and take on more responsibility Live In is available for this position, but may suit applicants living in the Stamford, Peterborough, Bourne, Market Deeping, Oakham, Corby or possibly Grantham area with access to their own transport if required.
