Programme and Compliance Manager (Affordable Housing) Immediately Required Location: Bristol/Bath Salary: circa £60,000 company bonus Length of Contract: Permanent An award winning affordable housing provider is recruiting a Programme and Compliance Manager to work on a new strategic partnership to increase the number of affordable homes the organisation builds. As the main contact for Homes England, you will be responsible for ensuring that targets, priorities and standards are met through programme management, delivery and receipt of grant. Day to Day duties include: · Maintain detailed knowledge of the capital funding guide and other policies to ensure compliance for new homes · Prepare bid strategies of all Homes England funded projects · Interpret risks and implications for the wider business and consortium members in relation to the contractual relationship with Homes England · Be responsible for the approval, monitoring and distribution of grant · Updating and maintaining the Homes England IMS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all inputs · Prepare board reports including accurate data on the affordable housing programme · Maintain good relationships with Homes England and lead on the quarterly review meetings · Be accountable for coordinating and collating information from the new business team regarding the affordable housing programme · Responsible for appointing the management of external auditors and coordinate the audit process · Line Manager the Development and Assurance Officer Essential Skills: · Detailed understanding of the Capital Funding Guide · Working or have worked in the Social Housing Industry · Advised on bidding strategies · Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships · Previously worked with Homes England- knowledge of the IMS system If you would like to be considered for this position or if you would like to discuss the opportunity in more detail, please contact Ellie Benson on 01752 717 141 This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89655033
