Programme Manager / Engineering / Electronics Project Manager Manchester- £50k plus great benefits My client is a leading global supplier of precision instruments and services. They are recognised as an innovation leader and their solutions are critical in key research & design, quality control, and manufacturing processes for customers in a wide range of industries including life sciences, food, and chemicals. A great opportunity for a talented, robust Program Manager to project manage delivery of the next generation of products & product families via Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). The Program Manager will lead multiple cross functional project teams simultaneously, ensuring that projects are organized and executed in accordance with the PLM processes. Key Responsibilities Include: • Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of assigned project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and cost parameters • Implement a portfolio-wide planning mechanism to drive improved resource utilization • Develop task level project plans and empower teams to succeed by showing clear ownership and driving accountability of tasks • Maintains communication with leadership team, ensuring awareness of potential roadblocks, risks or challenges and proposing solutions • Maintain and communicate PLM project performance metrics, setting and maintaining high expectations What You Need to Succeed * Demonstrable experience of project management of multiple faceted NPDI activities within an actual design and manufacturing environment * Management of multiple NPDI projects throughout complete product lifecycle (Ideation to Commercial release) * HND / HNC, or similar, in a technical related subject * Ability to quickly gain credibility and respect across all departments and levels * Persuasive, influential, Results Focused & Self Motivated This is an equal opportunity employer Interested? send your CV annalee.wood@aspirerecruitment.org.uk today
