Credit Controller 6 Month FTC Up to £24,000 pro rata Milton Keynes We are looking for an experienced, confident Credit Controller to join a dynamic organisation in Milton Keynes offering a fantastic work environment and benefits. Salary offered will be dependent on experience. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Day to day collection of outstanding invoices Handle queries and resolve problems efficiently Open items the ledgers such as unallocated cash/credits are identified and cleared promptly To build relationships with external customers and internal colleagues to achieve best result for the business Receive, respond and resolve customer queries in a timely manner that come into the department via email and telephone Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment and paid on due date Ensuring Collection targets are met each weekly/monthly Assist with month-end/weekly reporting and reconciliations We are looking for someone with: Minimum of 4 years Credit Control experience Excellent PC skills including Excel Excellent time management skills Polite and confident telephone manner Take ownership and responsibility tasks A good strong team player who is highly motivated to achieve set objectives/targets. The ability to work in a team as well as individually Self-starter who is pro-active and works well with others Sound decision making.
