About the Role Retail Merchant Services are currently recruiting for a Cancellation Credit Controller to join our growing team at our Milton Keynes Head Office As a cancellation credit controller, you will be responsible for collecting the cancellation revenue for the business which is vital for us to continue our track record of strong revenue growth. You will be contacting customers to understand their challenges, liaise with departments to resolve their issues, and finally arrange payment collection of overdue account using various payment methods. You will be required to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets. This role is focused around cash collection; however, you must be truly customer obsessed to ensure that we resolve the customer queries first so that every effort is made to retain the customer. You will be fantastic at building relationships with other departments internally, whilst being able to work at pace to deliver solutions for our customers quickly, so that payments can be collected. You will be responsible for working accounts which have reached the end of life and therefore should have an understanding of the legal proceedings and enforcement routes available and work with our external agents to increase collection. We are working to embed a new collection platform and this role will be integral to the success of this new system. Continuously looking to be restless for improvement in all areas of process. This person will work within a team of approximately 7 people and will be based at our head office in central Milton Keynes. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am until 5.15pm.
