Overview
LAW Absolute are working alongside a media household brand in their search for an interim Commercial/ Tech Lawyer. The candidate will be based in their London office, for an initial duration of 3 months, with good scope for extension to 6 months. You will need to be a qualified lawyer with previous commercial/ tech experience. You will also work autonomously and be a self-starter keen to get stuck in with a busy team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Commercial contracts Technology agreeements, including SaaS and PaaS Marketing & Advertising matters This is a global brand, with legal matters spanning across the UK, US and UAE. Candidates need not be experts in all jurisdictions, but an understanding of international legal matters is beneficial. Candidates must be available for an end of March/beginning of April start date.
