This global 100 law firm is looking to recruit a corporate lawyer between 2- 4 years PQE to join the London Corporate Group. The team work with clients across a broad range of sectors and they specialise in advising on M&As, corporate finance (equity capital markets and listed company advisory work), private equity and joint ventures Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. You will be a team player with a strong client focussed, friendly approach.
