London Corporate Associate, Senior Associate London, Your new company This is an international law firm which is known for its exceptionally high quality of work and is very well regarded in the industry. They have 29 offices across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America and are still in a period of growth. A unique opportunity has arisen for an ambitious associate to join their International Corporate Group in London. Your new role In this role you will be mainly focusing on venture capital, both equity and growth but you will also be exposed to other corporate transactions such as M & A, equity capital markets, private equity and joint ventures. You will be working very closely with the Partners and other sectors of the firm to ensure that clients receive the best corporate legal advice in relation to their industry. Giving expert advice is crucial to this role to uphold the firms reputation therefore extensive and in depth knowledge of corporate law is required in addition to strong academics. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed at this role you must be a Commonwealth qualified lawyer with 4 - 8 years experience (guideline only individuals with less will be considered). Experience of handling corporate transactions such as venture capital ranging from early stage financing to later stage equity growth financing in a similar environment is a requirement of this role. Any additional experience in growth debt financing will be looked upon favourably.
