Overview
As part of the Platforms Team you will be tasked to build and manage the delivery function as an interface into our Information Technology operating units, business demand management. The role will require you to govern and track multitude strategic deliveries, include existing and future delivery across the global business. Description Programme Manager Management of strategic programmes and project dependency mapping for all product groups Managing high performance people, culture and stakeholders across the whole organisation Financial controls and management for the teams going through significant change Manage programmes from conception to BAU for each technology platform Understanding the different phases of product delivery and can contribute, plan or run any of these phases. Maintaining a product or process through the delivery phases, into live and then into retirement Mapping the change roadmaps for platforms, associated groups, programmes to demonstrate critical path, dependencies and risks Ensuring that the product groups are developing and adhering to governance processes across a broad remit of areas Take a consistent approach to planning, forecasting, estimating, managing uncertainty, metrics and measurements, contingency planning and road mapping Build effective relationships with key stakeholders through effective communications Implementing O365 Profile Programme Manager ITIL certified Experience of upgrading digital platforms Strong experience of managing partners and 3rd party vendors Managed large scale programme of work Understanding of portfolio management and creating governance via PMO Agile methodology with using DEV OPS Strong understanding of Azure Understanding of JIRA Power BI - Desirable Job Offer Programme Manager Salary up to £90k Pension contribution Healthcare High street discounts
