Accounts Payable Supervisor- Insurance Broker- £32,000-£40,000- Fenchurch street Your new company This is a leading insurance broker based in the heart of London. This exciting and dynamic company is constantly expanding and acquiring new business. Your new role This is a permanent Accounts Payable supervisor role will involve supervising 3 AP clerks and will be reporting into the senior Accountant. Duties will include: High volume invoice processing Managing query inbox Processing expenses VAT calculations Accruals and Prepayments Line management- KPI reporting and mentoring Process improvement/ implementation of new systems What you'll need to succeed You will need to have deep Accounts payable experience with line management experience also. You should be a self-starter who is able to throw them-self into the function. You should have experience with process improvements and show capability and enthusiasm to own this function and improve it.
