Technical Services Manager Food Manufacturing Location: Greater Manchester Salary: 35,,000 Systems, audit programmes and customer codes of practices. Your bread and butter. Literally. Perhaps you're a Quality Systems Manager/Coordinator that is looking to make that next step up? Maybe you're covering this already and wondering why you would want to move to do the same thing? Well although it's not a brand new role to the business, following a minor restructure the role has adapted and developed, leaving you with autonomy to make the role your own. Although there is a solid framework in place for the QMS, one of your first tasks will be to come in and really drive and develop the systems. Implementing on to the shop floor and working closely with the QA Manager to ensure they are driven day to day. You will be coming in to manage a small team of one (Technical Coordinator.) If you have experience managing people previously that would be great, but don't worry if not, as they are viewing this a role that come be a stepping stone for someone to get that vital bit of experience.
