Due to our on-going success, we are looking to recruit an additional member for our Cardiff office. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED If you are willing to learn and are Results driven, Competitive, Resilient and Optimistic then please apply . The role comes with a competitive basic salary, along with an excellent commission structure The Role: Building a network of excellent candidates Identifying and developing existing business and new client relationships Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer stage - and beyond Negotiating pay, salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate Field based sales is involved within this role (so you must be a car owner).
