We, Dupont Consulting, are working on behalf of a number of Cardiff based clients who are looking for 2020 Graduates to join their leading Recruitment firms this summer. So, now is the time to get applying if you want to secure a role ready for when you finish University What are we on the look-out for? Recruitment can be a challenging, fast-paced and busy role but if you have the right skillset and motivators, you can be exceptionally successful with high earnings and fast progression. A great role for someone who is success hungry, money motivated and hard-working. You need to be ambitious in order to succeed in Recruitment. Someone who is entreprenuerial in their ways. If you're someone who wants to be a Director, Sales Manager or even own their own business in the future then Recruitment is a great place to start because you learn the ropes in terms of developing your own business from scratch. You need to be a strong communicator because you will be constantly engaging with clients and candidates. You need to be passionate and know what you want to get out of your career. What is the role? Develop your own pool of clients through business development, You will be speaking with Senior Stakeholders. From the client base you develop, you will be expected to fill the roles given to you with top quality candidates - source these candidates through a variet of different means. Develop a good relationship with the candidate so you can manage the process well. Organise interviews between the client and the candidate. Negotiate salaries and contracts to find a happy medium for both the candidate and client. Maintain relationships with the client for ongoing business.
