Lead Talent is partnering with a leading and refreshing Education recruiter for either a Recruitment or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their new Cardiff location. This recruiter has grown from strength to strength and setting the pace and tone for education recruitment moving forward. A recruiter who believes work should complement and not dictate your life, offering flexibility to work with your needs, one where you receive bonus on all billings with a zero threshold and a recruiter who likes to give back to its candidates, clients and community. Whilst this is a new location, you will be building a Secondary desk covering both temporary and permanent opportunity through Cardiff and Swansea. It’s such a great career move, you can either look at building a division or look at working towards a Principle Consultant role.
