Overview
City Inventories is a rapidly expanding leading boutique Property Inventory company providing robust, fair and accurate reports to not only safeguard Landlord’s and their investments but also the interests of the Tenant. Working in conjunction with some of the leading brands, smaller outfits and private landlords within the property arena of Central London. Always on the hunt for talent we are looking for motivated individuals to join our friendly team of clerks. Based from our trendy Shoreditch office we cover various areas of London across some of London’s most prestigious real estate. The role: Liaising with clients and tenants Collection and management of keys Compiling Inventories, Check In, Check Out and midterm inspection reports for residential and commercial lets Conducting a handover process at the begining and end of each tenancy Making recommendations on liabilities at Check Out Collect and document meter readings Test smoke and carbon monoxide alarms Advise clients when properties require works, cleaning or are unfit for occupancy Requirements: Preferred minimum of 6 months experience High attention to detail Excellent written and spoken English Good time keeping skills, deadlines will be in place for all reports Organised, punctual and reliable Fast learner Approachable Able to communicate confidently with clients Highly motivated IT literate Benefits: Competitive pay Generous commission structure Travel card Ongoing training including ARLA Laptop Mobile Regular social events Free Barista and bar on site Holiday pay
