Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Job Location: Altrincham Job Salary: £17,500 plus Annual bonus Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm NO WEEKEND WORK, AMAZING OFFICES IN ALTRINCHAM We want to speak to people who are looking for a new challenge working in our fantastic company based in Altrincham We are committed to helping our customers with their accountancy and payroll needs The benefits of joining us a Customer Service Advisor: £17,500 salary Xmas Bonus of up to £1500 23 days per year holiday plus 1 extra day per year of service Annual trips to the races and all expenses paid Xmas Party Fresh fruit on site No weekend work Free on site parking Customer Service Advisor role involves: Reviewing contracts of existing clients to see if they fall under new legislation Accurately run through questionnaires with clients Effectively on-boarding new clients Delivering on company KPIS and targets at all times Accurately updating systems Effectively on-boarding new clients Objection handling and providing fantastic customer service at all times For the Customer Service Advisor role we want: Customer service experience which requires high attention to detail Articulate and able to build client relationships Educated to degree level would be desirable A person with a positive attitude and engaging personality Do you feel like you would be a great fit?
