A dynamic, forward-thinking travel company based in Altrincham are looking to recruit an individual skilled in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Temporary 6 month contract. £18,000 - £22,000. Key aspects of the role: Handling customer queries Providing support and advice to customers Managing your own call log Updating customers on the progress of their issues What you will need to be successful in the role: Experience in a customer service background Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written Great organisation Confident in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Great working both in a team and independently You will receive a competitive salary of £18,000 - £22,000 dependent on experience.
