Role: Customer Service Administrator Location: Wythenshawe (M23) Manchester Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 Hours: 8:30am - 5pm Responsibilities: Handling customer & supplier enquiries (telephone & email) Customer complaints handling Liaising with internal and external departments (sales, production, finance) Inputting sales orders Daily input of quotes Administration of sales reports from the customer service team on a weekly basis Handling switchboard/reception Filing, scanning & archiving documents Please note: Cordant People are an equal opportunities employer Cordant Group is an equal opportunities employer
