Overview

Customer Care Adviser £18,000 Altrincham Desire to resolve new and existing customer issues quickly and efficiently. An excellent attention to detail in all tasks. Committed to providing an outstanding level of customer service. To support new customers through the learning curve of either setting up their own business or being employed through an umbrella company. Ability and enthusiasm to learn and keen for continual development. To resolve all customer issues and complaints quickly and tenaciously and duly monitor, ensuring that the integrity of the relationship is maintained. Contribute to ensuring SLAs are met in the Personal Support Team for all customers. To ensure compliance processes are followed at all times To communicate effectively over the telephone with customers, with an objective to raise standards for one call resolution To resolve customer complaints arising on a day-to-day basis resulting in the customer remaining satisfied with our service. To communicate effectively through the mediums of email and written correspondence with customers, with an objective to swiftly respond to any queries or requests for information wherever necessary.
