Insolvency Partner / Senior Associate Solicitor, Central London Salary: £100,000 per annum (PQE required) Are you a well-known figure in the insolvency market? Do you have at least 8 years’ experience? Have you worked in a large Central London or City law firm? Have your opportunities for career progression been thwarted in your current role? Do you share our view that work/life balance is paramount? If your answer to all those questions is yes, you could join our Client as an Insolvency Partner or Senior Associate Solicitor. Phase II of their Growth Plan means steady expansion plans into their second decade. They specialise in dispute resolution and commercial litigation services for business owners, directors and shareholders. They provide specialist legal advice for individuals facing insolvency and bankruptcy with multi-lingual Solicitors, and the ability to undertake matters in the UK and abroad, with a national and international client base. Experienced litigation solicitors also provide specialist advice on legal matters concerning employment law, family law, insolvency and commercial legal advice and litigation. Main Duties: Dealing with all aspects of insolvency related matters, advising individuals and companies but mostly insolvency practitioners Drawing on your existing network of contacts who will instruct you on future cases (Some people call this being a “rainmaker”) Devise a strong business proposal and marketing initiatives to help develop the insolvency department in the Central London market (This also means you’ll be networking on our behalf) The Benefits: Offices just a 15-minute walk from Covent Garden, the Royal Courts of Justice and Inns of Court.
