Overview
Elevation Accountancy & Finance are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established, professional business based in the Doncaster area as they look to appoint an enthusiastic Payroll Administrator into their team Type: Temporary until December - with a view to go permanent Location: Doncaster Duties of the Payroll Administrator will include: -Processing around 2500 staff on a weekly and monthly basis -Processing pay rate changes, sick notes, new starters and leavers, transfers, tax codes and any personal information changes -Answering any payroll related queries -Organising and sending out payslips -Processing leavers and sending out P45's -Processing attachments of earnings and submitting payments -Processing monthly pension reports -Making HMRC payments -Working closely with the HR and Finance departments -Assisting with processing and submitting year end returns -Submitting FPS and EPS reports (RTI submissions) Experience/person specification: -Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word and email -Good knowledge of payroll & payroll processing systems -Excellent communication skills -Excellent attention to detail -Good analytical skills -Good data processing skills -Ability to work to deadlines This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to learn new skills and develop within finance and payroll as they are providing lots of support and training opportunities Great stepping stone to gain valuable experience If you feel that you have the relevant skills to be considered for this position, please feel free to apply today Alternatively, you can contact Abbie Goodison at Elevation Recruitment Group to discuss further.
