Overview
A superb opportunity has arisen for a salaried Partner to join this very well respected law firm based in their South West London office within the Commercial Property Division. Duties as follows: To undertake fee earning work and contribute effectively to the success of the Commercial Property Division as a whole To meet KPI targets To handle all commercial, development and investment property matters as well as the acquisition of businesses as required To advise clients in commercial, development and investment property matters To effectively maintain and develop your client/referrer base To demonstrate good management skills in terms of managing and developing more junior members of staff, identifying training needs as required To demonstrate sound business acumen and commercial awareness accordingly To meet with corporate clients both in and outside of the UK as required To ensure compliance procedures are adhered to in line with Lexcel and other regulatory bodies To maintain strict financial control in relation to monies on account and billing procedures To promote accurate and up to date file management at all times My client is looking for a competent qualified Solicitor admitted by SRA with at least three years of PQE specialist area knowledge within the Commercial Property area.
