Actuarial Reward and Analytics (ARA) Whether your experience lies in the insurance and banking sector, or you’re a pensions expert, you’ll thrive in one of specialist Actuarial teams. Insurance and Banking – want to create insurance businesses of the future? We deliver business critical objectives by applying our quantitative skills to create opportunities and manage risk for insurance companies and banks. Join our specialists and provide deep technical actuarial and regulatory knowledge, taking advantage of new technologies to help our clients win in the market. Pensions – you’ll help run the pension schemes for a number of valued and well-known clients. Using sophisticated actuarial modelling, web enabled administration and the latest investment ideas, you’ll deliver innovative solutions. You’ll work on some of the most high-profile, complex transactions and restructurings, as well as accounting for these liabilities on our clients’ corporate disclosures. Your professional experience In Organisation Transformation you will work alongside clients to develop solutions across our three centres of excellence: - Organisation Design: Liaising with client stakeholders to understand their organisation structure, capabilities and accountabilities and utilising asset-enabled solutions to support clients to achieve a more adaptable and future-fit organisation design in line with their top-line strategy - Programme Leadership: Supporting delivery of complex transformations, portfolios and one-off mega investment programmes through implementation of innovative programme management tools, including industry standard data analytics tools, to help clients improve performance - Change: Enabling organisations to deliver transformation through their people by building capability in business change and culture transformation. This includes supporting implementation of technology and digital ways of working to ensure clients are ready, willing, and able to move into the digital era As an Organisation Transformation Analyst you will utilise digital tools and assets to support client delivery and provide robust and strategic solutions to our clients. You will work in a client-facing role alongside a team of Deloitte Consultants, Supporting our clients to solve their key business challenges and adapt for the future of work and digital era. You will have the opportunity to bring fresh and exciting ideas to support clients to think differently about how they operate, adapt and achieve large-scale transformation. You will be able to work across industries and sectors to gain a broad view of client challenges.
