Our support workers have the chance to make a real difference to people’s lives by increasing their independence and confidence so that they are able to continue with everyday tasks such as shopping, cooking, cleaning etc. How we look after you · Up to £10.20/hour · 25p per mile · Refer a friend scheme · Offer of contracted hours following probation · Flexible working hours · Paid induction training & ongoing development · We fund your qualifications · Wellbeing support programmes and recognition incentive · Dedicated support during probation from your candidate experience partner · Refer a Friend scheme (paid on offer and after probation) How you look after our customers At HSG our goal is to work with customers to give them the life that they want providing a safe and effective reablement service within their own home. As a support worker you would assist our customers with personal care, showering, bathing, cooking, medication administration and general housekeeping and you would do so in a way that encourages independence.
