An award-winning Client is seeking to recruit a Non-Marine Commercial Claims Handler dealing with PROPERTY LIABILITY MOTOR AND PROFESSIONAL RISKS CLAIMS. You will be responsible for handling claims from first notification through to settlement, including checking that cover applies, creating and maintaining accurate records, chasing claims through to settlement and keeping the client up to date on progress. You will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and will have exceptional communication skills. We pride ourselves on the technical experience within the organisation and are seeking a candidate who can add to this wealth of knowledge. You will work as part of a team to ensure that deadlines are met, and clients’ expectations are exceeded, and will be able to plan and prioritise your workload. Who will this appeal to? You will have a proven background working as a Claims Handler experienced in dealing with Property, Motor, Liability and Professional risks claims. You will be known for your attention to detail and work with a methodical approach and be comfortable working to deadlines. You will possess excellent customer service and communication skills and demonstrate the natural ability required to understand your client’s individual needs. As a recognised industry professional, it’s essential that you have experience of working in accordance with the rules of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
