Customer Service Project Manager role available now Your new company Are leaders in their field and looking for a Customer Service Project Manager Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis where providing a fantastic customer experience is paramount in the industry. Your new role Your new role will be embracing and capturing all customer feedback and co-ordinating all the responses into driven improvements. You'll be listening to customers and acting upon new feedback in a timely manner, making sure you analyse at every opportunity. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed, you'll need to champion the voice of all customers, making sure that delivering a fantastic customer experience is at the heart of what you do. You'll be a natural problem solver and will want to deliver positive outcomes.
