Overview
Overview of the role An excellent opportunity has opened up in a respected global company to take on the role of Nostro Reconciliations and Investigations Analyst . This will involve an interesting, varied and exciting workload in a busy, friendly team working together to deliver the Bank's day to day Client service and cash movement which are critical to the Bank's long-term success. The successful applicant to this Nostro Reconciliations and Investigations Analyst role will sit within the Banking Client Services department. Expertise in Investigations is absolutely essential. The primary responsibilities of the role holder To provide a high-quality support and service to the Bank's Clients and its departments, and to ensure the day to day Run the Bank (RtB) processing of live Client/Bank accounts and post operation controls in accordance within stipulated compliance policies and Client deadlines. Specific duties To manage all investigation cases in accordance with SLA timelines To manage all reconciliation transactions and to verify according to aged break timelines To handle all other ares of Client Services to be expected within the purview of the team The successful candidate will have A minimum of 5 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services Strong knowledge of Nostro Reconciliations and Investigations Fundamental experience with FtB (Front-to-Back) Operations process flow and end-to-end Client Services Additionally, A Bachelor's degree in Banking/Financial Services is desirable but in no way essential. Furthermore you should be a team-player with a sense of initiative and strong analytical skills.
