Support Worker - North Warwickshire - £9.77 - £10.00 per hour Your new company We are looking to recruit support workers in the North Warwickshire area who have experience working in residential care settings, supporting vulnerable adults or children. We are working with several organisations based in these areas who provide an outstanding service for their customers. Your new role As a support worker you will be required to work with the service users to support them emotionally and physically. Your support will work in accordance with the individuals care plan. It will include providing individuals with personal care, manual handling and medication administration where required. You will also be required to support the individuals with their daily task's. What you'll need to succeed We are looking for experienced individuals who are confident in matching the level of outstanding care that is expected from the organisations. You will need to be friendly, organised and open to new challenges and experiences. In order to process your application, we need to take two references of you most recent employer and one social care reference. What you'll get in return In return, you will receive a free DBS if you do not possess one. Competitive and weekly pay, and free training is provided where appropriate. Throughout you time at Hay's you will also have a dedicated consultant who will help with anything.
