Overview
Adult Support Worker - Supported Living Organisation Your new company A very well established supported living setting for adults with learning disabilities. The company pride themselves on their ability to integrate the individuals in to the community and to engage them with as much independence as possible. They provide adults with support in their own home and ensure they are involved in activities and community presence. Your new role To be successful in this role you are required to provide high levels of support in a lone working environment for adults who have mild to complex learning disabilities. You will be writing report plans and implementing them on a daily basis. You are responsible for the communication with them and their families and other professionals. Medication administration is also required. What you'll need to succeed It is essential that you have a driving licence and business insurance, experience working with adults in a supported living setting and that you are flexible with working hours including some weekend work and sleep in shifts.
