Advance is a national charitable organisation and we're excited to be recruiting for Casual Support Workers in the Nuneaton, Bedworth and Rugby area. Casual Support Worker Salary: £9.77 per hour (inclusive of applicable allowances and entitlements) Location: Nuneaton, Bedworth and Rugby area Flexible hours which will include days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Note: Although driving license and access to vehicle is not essential you will be required to fund your own travel costs which you will claim back monthly through expenses. Have you got what it takes to be a Casual Support Worker? As a Casual Support Worker, you will help people with mental health problems or learning disabilities in their home or out in the community. This might include motivating someone to eat healthily or visit the gym, or providing support to a person with emotional problems. We would love to hear from you if you are passionate about improving the lives of local, vulnerable people, and we will consider your application even if you don't have previous experience working in care or support. What matters to us is your ability and determination to support people with mental health problems and learning disabilities, and the values you can bring to Advance.
