Accounts Receivable Assistant Job ASAP Start London We are currently working with a fantastic studio/production company that is looking for an Accounts Assistant with AR/Credit Control responsibilities to start immediately for a 6 month contract with the potential to go permanent. Not only is the company incredibly impressive but so are the offices and some of the world wide brands this company works with. The ideal candidate will have up to 6 months experience in a previous AR/Credit Control role and understand the fundamentals. Responsibilities: Posting sales Invoices Daily Sending invoices to clients Working with the production team to resolve invoice queries Ensuring that Xero had the correct contact details for clients Sending statements to suppliers Contact with clients regularly to expedite payment Flagging poor payers in the sales system so the Production team can organise upfront payment Processing of upfront card payments Posting purchase invoices in busy periods Experience: A minimum of 6 months AR/Credit Control experience Experience of working in a KPI driven environment Experience of working in a volume / yield business Experience of working in a creative, fast growing business Working knowledge of Xero or similar
