Overview

Quality Manager I am looking to speak to quality managers who can inspire a material change into the performance of a manufacturing business in the aerospace sector. My client is a well established business with a £12million forward order book and with opportunity to pick up significant increases orders. However, to achieve this, attention needs to be paid to quality and efficiencies which is where this role comes in. As part of the senior management team, the quality manager will be essential for identifying, collecting, analysing, improving and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) that will make a tangible difference to the performance of the business. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious senior quality engineer or experienced quality manager with knowledge of metals manufacturing to become a big cog in a growing machine. The successful candidate will be an experienced quality engineer who can demonstrate where they have identified areas of improvement and driven through a solution. They will likely (but not essential) have worked in the aerospace industry and have excellent working knowledge of quality systems – again, ideally AS9100 but TS16949 or ISO 9001 or potentially ISO13485 will be considered if from a metals background.
