German Content & Customer Specialist, Cambridge - We're working with an innovative organisation on the outskirts of Cambridge, currently going through an extended period of growth, who are on the lookout for a new member for their team. On track to turnover their biggest ever year, they need some support to help them take the business to the next level. This is a very specialist position as they're doing more and more work in Germany and as a result have a vacancy for a German Content Specialist. Reporting into and working closely with the Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for: Writing and editing instructional manuals/packaging for the German market. Amazon administration and product content for Germany. Writing product listings/social media content in German. Being the contact for some German marketing agencies & customers In terms of experience, ideally but not essentially you will have the following: Competent at writing professional content and copy in German Fluent in spoken & written English, though writing in English not required. A genuine passion and interest in writing. Any understanding of Amazon / ecommerce would be an advantage but it not essential. Confident at talking on the phone General administration experience, with a high attention to detail for proof reading and error checking.
