Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an expereinced account coordinator or account execuitvie to join our growing Clean Air commercial team as a deputy account manager. With demonstratable experience managing external customer relationships in the right person will use their effective communication, organisational and interpersonal skills to provide support to the Account Manager in overseeing the client accounts within the European Region. They will also provide commercial support and ensure a good working relationship between JM and our external clients remain in good standing. Key responsibilities Principal Accountabilities Support the RNM Europe account team in implementing the strategy defined for this customer, Develop strong relationships with the keys RNM and supply chain stakeholders to position and maintain JM as preferred partner, through outstanding customer service, Manage recurrent price and PGM updates and reports (such as PGM purchases, PGM reconciliations, price updates etc…) as per agreed timing and processes in place with RNM, Provide support to the RNM Account Manager for the preparation of commercial offers by updating various documents / trackers and following up with different stakeholder for the compilation of the necessary data to meet customer deadlines, Responsible for the creation and management of prototype orders for the RNM Europe account (by raising orders, internal and external coordination etc…), Responsible for the management of aftermarket parts for RNM, in line with agreed process with customer, Provide commercial support within the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for the RNM account (such as NPRD creation, MFA kick off, KeyedIn updates etc…) Set up marketing model for RNM Europe to ensure all customer data available and compiled available for global and strategic plan updates, Create and maintain RNM’s internal sharepoint site, and be main administrator of RNM portals, Provide support to European RNM Team to reply to ad hoc customer requests Coordinate Change management information on RNM account Are you the ideal candidate? You will be / have: Proven experience with exposure to external customers Demonstrable mumerical and IT skills using usual PC software (Microsoft Office). Proven experience in working to tight deadlines Proficiency in the interpretation and presentation of data to diverse audiences Effective verbal and written communication skills Confidence in dealing with different levels within JM and external organisations Knowledge of French and/or Spanish would be advantageous Able to travel to JM, customer and supplier sites UK and overseas
