Dolphin Homes are a high quality care service, who are passionate about supporting adults with learning disabilities. We are seeking to recruit support workers at our home, Hill Lodge, based in Bedhampton, who are able to encourage a workplace culture based on respect and dignity for those in need of care and support. Our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes that match our own We’re seeking to recruit some great new support workers; people with the right values and behaviours to work in our homes - could this be you? You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications - we are happy to work with you to help you become an excellent support worker, through training and qualifications Above all we want someone that shares in our values.
