I’m currently working with a 30 Partner Accountancy Firm based near Holborn that is currently seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to provide high quality business tax advisory services in a fast-growing, leading business tax practice. Supporting the Partners and Senior Management through the provision of planning and advisory services to clients, you will require good technical research and report writing as well as tailoring specific existing planning ideas to meet an individual client’s needs and circumstances Why would you want to take this Corporate Tax Manager role? Corporate Tax Manager duties: Domestic tax incentives including R&D and capital allowances Complex tax advisory for clients - experience across different aspects of taxation of companies and businesses including familiarity with tax issues affecting the individuals who own them Tax risk management issues o Corporate criminal offence o Tax strategy disclosure Technical research and report writing Developing junior staff through the sharing of knowledge and through effective and targeted feedback following work reviews Ideal candidate: Must have at least 5 years’ PQE (either ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA) Comfortable with looking after and mentoring junior staff members Must have previous experience within a Corporate Tax role Corporate Tax Manager (ACCA/ACA/ATT/CTA Qualified) Holborn £60,000 - £70,000 plus fantastic benefits
