Overview
If you are a band 4 Occupational Therapist assistant looking for work, then this could be the role for you. Service Care Health are currently recruiting for an Occupational therapist assistant in Morden, to assist registered Occupational therapists in their day to day duties. Once the Occupational Therapist (OT) has assessed the client's needs, they help that individual to achieve goals, such as going shopping or preparing a simple meal. They support and encourage clients and report back on their progress, liaising with the OT and possibly with nursing staff and social services. They also make sure the clients have all the special aids they need and that the equipment is in good working order. This could be an ideal opportunity for a newly qualified Occupational Therapist to begin their career in the industry. Salary £16-£17 P/H Hours Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:00 What we expect from you - •Must have previous experience in this role.
