Overview

We are recruiting for a Planner to play a vital role in the facilities management hard services team based from our Chipping Sodbury offices on a permanent contract. The successful candidate will work in the conjunction with team leaders in the planning and co-ordination of cyclical servicing, maintenance and repairs of our housing stock. The role is fundamental to ensuring we meet our regulatory requirements. Key aspects of the role include: Call handling and providing the single point of contact for our customers Booking appointments and scheduling jobs against available resources Gathering customer insight information to assist with providing an excellent customer service Liaising with wider teams to ensure all requirements are effectively managed Ensuring administrative compliance with policies and procedures. Requirements of the successful candidate include: Experience in a customer focused environment Experience of working with an electronic scheduling system Excellent customer service skills Data interrogation The ability to effectively communicate technical issues to a range of audiences.
