Overview
REED are currently recruiting flexible Temporary Homecare assistants / support workers across the Solihull area. We are looking for support workers who have experience working with Children / adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and reablement. You must be flexible to work adhoc shifts when needed as call outs will be expected. Car Driver is essential as you will be expected to care in the individuals own home, so traveling is required. Pay rate: £9.00 PAYE Shifts: Earlies, afternoons potential evenings. Working days: Ad hoc - call outs pro rota. Role To provide care and a service that helps people to return and stay in their own home or community setting. Support people who still live in their own homes but who require additional support with household tasks, personal care or any other activity that allows them to maintain their independence and quality of life . Supporting for people with poor physical or mental health to help them accommodate their illness by learning or supporting them with daily tasks. Requirements: A minimum of 1 years experience working in a care environment / Homecare DBS on the update service is desirable but we can issue a new on with ourselves.
