Overview
My client, a blue chip business are seeking a pro-active and self-motivated sales ledger clerk with experience of using CBS to join their busy team. This will be a great opportunity to develop your career where you will be responsible for the ownership of accounts. Key duties Processing a large volume of sales invoices for customers on a daily basis Checking to ensure that invoices raised are correct and all charges are in line with expectations and customer agreements Requesting and accurately processing readings into the system Reconciling customer accounts Constantly ensuring that information processed is meaningful and free from errors Sending out customer invoices and account statements (post and/or email) Provide accurate responses on Sales Ledger queries, both externally and internally (telephone and/or email) Full support to other finance team members as and when needed Other ad-hoc duties and reporting, as and when required Due to the large numbers of responses we receive, despite our best efforts it is not possible to respond to every application.
