Overview
Would you like to work for one of Scotland's leading litigation firms? If so, my client is seeking to add a commercial & civil litigation associate solicitor to the Litigation Team within its Glasgow office. You will be responsible for a caseload of civil and commercial matters with the opportunity to learn from and work alongside experts within the field in addition to supervising more junior members of the team. You will have opportunities to conduct your own advocacy and thus experience of litigating in the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session and/or ADR would be advantageous.
