Customer Services Temporary to Permanent £9.50 Your new company Your new company is a well established organisation IN Telford who are looking for a Customer Services coordinator on a temporary to permanent basis the organisation is looking to expand their Customer Care and Service department and so are looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. Your new role Your new role will include the following: Liaising with customers and engineers on a daily basis via telephone and email Speaking with engineers and contractors in regards to reactive works Maintaining updated customer records and undertaking relevant data entry duties Liaising with various organisations and suppliers for the purpose of scheduling works Logging all relevant information on internal CRM system effectively What you'll need to succeed You will need previous experience in a similar position. You will need to show a motivation and willingness to make the role your own and use your prior experience. You will have a positive and can-do attitude and be available to work immediately.
