Overview
Are you a native-level German speaker with sales support or client services experience, looking for a new opportunity within financial services? An international organisation are looking for a fluent German speaker to join the EMEA team, where you will provide support to the Operations Manager and carry out a range of tasks, including the following: Resolving and managing sales, customer and partnership cases Reporting, invoicing, order processing Logistics and shipping Communication with regional team and key clients Improving efficiency and customer experience Working with Excel (formulas and pivot tables) and Salesforce You should have native-level German as well as fluency in English. Ideally, you will also have knowledge of another European language, preferably Romanian, Turkish or Dutch. Requirements: Salesforce experience Bachelor's degree Minimum 3 years' experience in client relationship management, customer or sales support Experience within financial services/fintech/compliance (desirable) Experience in events would be beneficial This is a temporary-to-permanent position starting in March.
