Now, we’re looking for an EPA Project Manager to join our team to design and manage effective, robust and compliant end-point assessment processes and services. This is a one year fixed-term contract. This is an exciting role for an individual with proven experience in qualification assessment to develop their expertise and skill set in a diverse and fast-paced role. As an EPA Project Manager, you will manage the development process of apprenticeship materials. A key part of your role will involve developing a group of Lead Assessors for end-point assessment activity, as well as preparing and running standardisation events to ensure Assessors are fully trained. Specifically, you will: - Follow processes and procedures for managing EPA - Apply for Ofqual, IfA and ESFA for the end point assessments within the land based sector - Establish excellent working relationships with training providers - Ensure all product materials are developed to the appropriate templates and standards To be considered, you will need: - Experience of working in a similar role with a proven background in qualification assessment, ideally including apprenticeships, designing processes and schemes that deliver customer satisfaction - An expert understanding of the education sector and market including the shift to Levy funding and Trailblazer apprenticeships - A track record of designing customer-focused journeys offering added value to varied audiences - An understanding and knowledge of the apprenticeship and vocational qualification market - Demonstrable IT skills including intermediate Excel skills - Brilliant networking skills - At a minimum, GCSE level qualifications As an EPA Project Manager, you will also be a strong communicator with gravitas and the ability to forge bonds and influence others.
