Now, we’re looking for an EPA Product Development Manager to join our team to design and manage effective, efficient, robust and compliant end-point assessment processes, materials and services. This is a one year fixed-term contract. This is the ideal role for an individual with experience of developing qualification materials to develop their expertise in a diverse and fast-paced role. As an EPA Product Development Manager, you will manage the development process of high quality EPA materials. A key part of your role will involve developing a group of Lead Assessors to create end-point specifications for materials, as well as preparing and running standardisation events to ensure Assessors are fully trained. Specifically, you will: - Follow processes and procedures for managing EPA - Apply for Ofqual, IfA and ESFA for the end-point assessments - Establish excellent working relationships with training providers - Ensure all product materials are developed in line with the appropriate templates and standards To be considered as an EPA Product Development Manager, you will need: - Experience of developing effective and compliant qualification materials for regulated qualifications - Demonstrable experience in establishing and delivering new services - An expert-level understanding of the training sector and market including the shift to Levy funding and trailblazer apprenticeships - A good track record of designing customer-focused journeys offering convenience and adding value to varied stakeholders - Networking skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders - At a minimum, a degree level qualification (or equivalent) Ideally, you will have assessment and internal verification qualifications, but this is not essential.
